Are you looking for a great gift idea but live outside of Australia? Don't worry we have you covered with Global Shipping and Insurance. 

We work with a number of global shipping companies including Australia Post, DHL, Toll Express to deliver globally. 

Some things you should know first before you order: 

PAYMENT
Overseas Customers - We only accept PayPal or Bank Deposit as the payment method.

At this moment we can't restrict payment options by country via the shop, so we can't stop you from paying on credit card. If you happen to pay by credit card, our team will refund your order and notify you. We are trying to fix this and we apologise for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING RATES – GLOBAL
We use a variety of couriers to provide overseas shipping. At checkout, you will be given a quote for the type of service level you require. 

Below are only estimates in terms of delivery timeframes into major metro areas of major cities. The timing excludes any time in customs and any delay outside of the courier’s control:

International Economy – 10+ Business Days by Air or 30+ Business Days by Sea 
International Standard – 6+ Business Days 
International Express – 2-4 Business Days 
International Courier – 1-2 Business Days 

Please note all import tax, duties, customs clearance (if any) must be paid by the buyer. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to check local laws and regulations pertaining to the legality of systems, parts and components.

SHIPPING INSURANCE 
Whilst we take care to package your item carefully, we only provide a limited insurance based on the shipping provider, which can vary from $100 up to $1000 (based on courier) for lost, stolen or damaged in transit items.

We will ask you if you wish to pay for Additional Insurance based on our assessment of your order, alternatively, you may add this extra to your order.

If you do not wish to purchase additional insurance, we can only cover you for the value that is provided by the courier in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged in transit item.

OVERSEAS WARRANTY
For all our products, we authorised resellers in Australia so this means if you are in Australia you either deal with our store or the in-country manufacturer warranty team.

For other products, we are able to sell them overseas with no end-user changes to warranty. This means you can work with the manufacturer and claim warranty via their policy as normal as if you bought the item from a store in your country.

For some products though, the manufacturer may not allow you to do this. They have conditions that you must only deal with the store you bought the item from or deal the country team where the item came from. This may cause you future problems trying to claim warranty in your country and you will need to send the item back to us for any warranty issues.

Please check with the manufacturer for your local warranty terms and conditions, and if you can deal with warranty locally in your country with the manufacturer.
